Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Developer to drive the energy transition by coordinating and managing renewable energy projects from identification through to commissioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive the energy transition within a growing team 2. End-to-end coordination of BESS, photovoltaic, and hybrid projects 3. Participation in M&A and development of new business opportunities **Do you want to drive the energy transition from within?** As part of our growth and organizational strengthening, we are looking to incorporate a **Project Developer** into our team. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**: * Coordination and management of all phases and activities involved in developing BESS, photovoltaic, and hybrid projects—from opportunity identification through to operational status. * Liaising with stakeholders involved in project permitting (administrative authorities, grid operators, electricity companies, developers, landowners, etc.). * Reviewing technical documentation and studies required to obtain various permits and authorizations. * Participation in M\&A processes and due diligence; identifying new business opportunities. * Contracting and managing engineering firms and other consulting services; tendering, negotiation, and bid selection. **Requirements**: * Engineering degree; technical profile * **Minimum 8 years’ experience** in a similar role * Leadership and team coordination skills * Analytical capability and risk management skills * Contract negotiation experience * Knowledge of sector regulations, including regulatory or market changes.
