We are looking for a Data Analyst to drive key decisions in the Customer Marketing area, within a dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented environment. We seek to hire a **Data Analyst with experience in Artificial Intelligence** to join our Customer Marketing team, participating in strategic projects with direct impact on business KPIs and customer experience. You will work in a dynamic environment featuring continuous learning, practical AI usage, and cross-functional exposure across various departments. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Transform data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making and optimizing customer experience through advanced analytics and AI tools. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Participate in high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects. * Analyze operational data and identify root causes. * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience. * Define, design, and monitor KPIs. * Create dashboards and management reports. * Prepare and clean data for analysis and segmentation. * Collaborate with IT and BI teams. * Apply generative AI tools to: * data analysis * insight generation * reporting automation * Enhance dashboards using AI to increase productivity. * Explore new applications of AI in analytics and automation. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. * 3\-4 years of experience in data analytics. * Experience with relational databases. * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Practical experience with generative AI tools: (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) * Ability to design effective prompts and validate outputs. * Analytical, proactive, and customer-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** ------------- * Experience in AI-driven automation or intelligent agents. * Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, BO). * Experience in Python and/or R. * Proficiency in SQL. **What We Offer** ------------------- * Hybrid work model * Fixed salary \+ bonus * Permanent contract * Real AI projects (not theoretical) * Continuous training * Innovative environment * Development plan \#LI\-HG1 \#LI\-Hybrid \#MPAJobs
