For one of our operational units located in Madrid, we are seeking to hire an Electrician for the Maintenance Department. This is a flagship experiential venue in Madrid where leisure, culture, and business converge. Located in Chamartín, it features over 33,000 m² of multifunctional facilities designed for hosting events, conferences, exhibitions, audiovisual productions, cultural activities, and gastronomic experiences. With an innovative and international vocation, it stands out for its versatility, operational excellence, and ability to create unique experiences for clients and visitors.
### **Job Description**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations across all group facilities.
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults in real time, minimizing service interruptions.
* Supervise main and secondary electrical panels across all types of installations.
* Manage technical and functional lighting according to space type:
+ Restaurants: ambient and decorative lighting.
+ Gyms: functional lighting and sports zones.
+ Nightclubs: dynamic lighting and control systems.
+ Events: technical support for temporary setups.
+ Coworking spaces: efficient lighting and visual comfort.
* Inspect emergency systems, evacuation lighting, and electrical safety systems.
* Support electrical installations for events and special activities.
* Basic monitoring of electricity consumption and support in energy efficiency initiatives.
**Candidate Requirements:**
* Technical education: Vocational Training (FP) in Electricity and Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance for buildings or multi-facility installations.
* REBT (Low-Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation) certification.
* Ability to interpret basic electrical schematics.
* Knowledge of three-phase installations and electrical panels.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
