We are seeking a professional to supervise and manage urban development and infrastructure renovation projects in Humanes de Madrid. Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal and subcontractor teams, as well as monitoring measurements, certifications, and economic control of projects. Additionally, you will interact with technical management, clients, and public administrations. Support in planning, budgeting, and cost control tasks will be valued, as well as proficiency with technical tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, and Microsoft Office. A degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Engineering in Public Works, or Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports) is required, along with at least one year of experience in civil works or related internships. A permanent full-time contract (Monday to Friday) is offered, with a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development and learning within a close-knit, collaborative work environment. Residency in Humanes de Madrid or availability to commute to the area is desirable. **Mandatory:** \*\* MANDATORY completion of the 60-hour basic construction occupational health and safety (PRL) training course (preventive resource) * Minimum 1 year of experience in urban development projects, wastewater treatment plants, or similar, and in hydraulic works. * Experience supervising teams on construction sites is desirable. * Degree in Industrial Engineering. * Availability to travel within the Community of Madrid (CCMM). * Motivation to grow.
