Are you a committed, proactive, and team-oriented individual? If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking an IT TECHNICIAN for one of our food industry companies located in Madrid. **Key responsibilities include:** Acting as the liaison between key end users and the technical team. Keeping the project manager informed about incidents, risks, or deviations. Ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines for tasks within the scope of the project. Analyzing and documenting functional requirements. Creating business process diagrams for the client. Defining project requirements and producing the DRF (Detailed Requirements Document). Providing support during project launch. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ experience in implementation consulting for enterprise solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. **Desirable:** Knowledge of Microsoft BI, CE, FO, or similar tools; Microsoft certifications; and professional-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
