We are seeking a **DevOps Engineer** to join a project in **Madrid.** **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Design, deploy, and maintain container-based infrastructures and cloud architectures. * Manage Kubernetes and Docker environments for application and microservice deployment. * Develop solutions and automation scripts using Python and/or Go. * Collaborate on the evolution of virtualized networks and MEC platforms. * Integrate DevOps tools and processes to improve deployment quality and speed. * Participate in projects applying AI/ML to network management and optimization. * Work alongside multidisciplinary engineering, development, and innovation teams. * Produce technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices in development and operations. **Required Qualifications** ------------------------- * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in virtualized network environments and 5G technologies. * Experience deploying and managing containers using Docker and/or Kubernetes. * Minimum 3 years’ experience developing software using Python and/or Go. * Experience working with cloud resources and microservice-based architectures. * Knowledge and experience applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and tools in technological environments. * English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. **Preferred Qualifications** --------------- * Experience with CI/CD environments using tools such as Git, Jenkins, or similar. * Advanced Kubernetes expertise, particularly in networking. * Experience in technology innovation departments. * Participation in research projects or European R\+D proposals. * Additional knowledge in infrastructure automation and observability. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Permanent contract with Capgemini Engineering. * Involvement in innovative, high-impact technology projects. * International and collaborative work environment. * Access to continuous training, certifications, and professional development programs. * Real internal growth opportunities within the company. * Flexible working model aligned with project needs. **About Capgemini** ------------------- Capgemini is a global leader in business transformation and management, leveraging the full power of technology.
