We are seeking a professional to comprehensively participate in high-technical-demand construction projects in Madrid. The position covers all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception through to commissioning. Key responsibilities include technical and economic analysis during tender stages, preparation of tender documentation, and selection of subcontractors. This individual will serve as a key support to the team during procurement and production phases, ensuring alignment between material resources and scheduling. The role involves monitoring and controlling the project’s technical development, including continuous review of drawings, preparation of reports, and supervision of the schedule. Coordination with installation subcontractors and civil works teams is essential to ensure integration and synchronized progress across all disciplines on site. Direct supervision of the installations package will also be required to guarantee compliance with quality, deadlines, and technical specifications. The professional will be responsible for reviewing and controlling construction certifications, supporting the project’s financial management. Additionally, they will assist in complying with occupational health and safety protocols and environmental regulations. Active participation in testing, commissioning, and handover phases will be critical to verifying proper functionality prior to final delivery. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30, on-site, requiring residence in Madrid. A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least three years of demonstrable experience in installation projects within the construction sector. In-depth knowledge of technical regulations, proven ability to manage subcontractors, and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on site are essential.
