Description

The position requires interpreting and reading electronic schematics and assembly drawings—a fundamental task for understanding the connections and components required in systems. This understanding enables precise assembly and soldering of circuit boards, ensuring each connection meets the required technical specifications. Precision soldering involves using solder and specialized tools to securely and efficiently join components, avoiding short circuits or functional failures in the final product. After assembly, quality inspection and verification are conducted through testing, ensuring every unit produced meets established standards. This process includes visual inspection and the use of test equipment to detect possible defects, such as cold solder joints or misaligned components. Inspection is crucial for maintaining the reliability and durability of electronic devices, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s reputation. Additionally, the operator must skillfully handle precision hand tools—such as tweezers, wire strippers, and screwdrivers—to perform fine adjustments and minor repairs when necessary. The work environment is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow technical wiring assembly instructions. The offered salary is €12.03 per hour, with working hours from 09:00 to 18:00—including a one-hour lunch break—from Monday to Friday—and initial contracts of 6 months with potential subsequent permanent employment. Practical experience of at least 1–2 years in precision soldering with solder, ability to interpret electronic schematics and assembly drawings, and proficient handling of precision hand tools—such as tweezers and screwdrivers—is required.
