Comprehensive management of project documentation and resources If you are passionate about the educational sector and document management, we look forward to welcoming you! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Preparation of **technical reports** and **budgets** for projects. * Full document management: from initial proposal through to project closure (evaluation, report drafting, monitoring, etc.). * Participation in **coordination and monitoring meetings** with research teams. * Maintenance and updating of the **project database** and its progress. * Management of **project-related resources**: procurement, payments, academic documentation, among others. **What are the requirements?** * Valuable experience in project management aligned with the Spanish R\+D\+i system. * Experience in formulating and validating funding applications. * Ability to analyze public-private funding calls. * Prior work experience in universities or research centers will be viewed favorably. * Bachelor's or Licentiate degree What can you expect in this department? * Contract: **long-term maternity leave replacement.** * Offices located in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). * Full-time position, hybrid working model (50% remote work). * Flexible working hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00–18:15, Friday 9:00–14:00 (1 hour flexibility). * Flexible compensation plan. * 25 days of vacation plus 4 personal days. **\#LI\-MI1** *The EDUCATIONAL Group is firmly committed to equal opportunities and diversity, thereby fostering an environment free from all forms of discrimination.*
