This profile will be key to the company's technological operations, participating in the administration of PMS (Opera On Premise / Opera Cloud), integration management, and the evolution of the hotel application ecosystem. ***Responsibilities*** * Provide functional and technical support to hotel business areas in the use of PMS (Opera On Premise / Opera Cloud). * Participate in the management, configuration, and evolution of PMS systems (Opera On Premise and Opera Cloud). * Assist and support the management of integrations between PMS and other systems (POS, CRS, CRM, ERP, Power BI, etc.). * Document processes, data models, configurations, and developments to ensure knowledge transfer. * Participate in technological evolution projects: migrations, updates, implementation of new modules or integrations. * Collaborate with technology providers and partners in resolving incidents and implementing improvements. * Perform functional analysis and collaborate in testing (UAT) of new integrations or developments. * Ensure the availability and performance of the PMS and related systems across all hotels in the chain. * Participate in defining and improving operational workflows in collaboration with business departments. * Participate in internal training and knowledge transfer. ***Requirements*** **Education** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. In the absence of a university degree, at least 5 to 10 years of experience in hotel PMS, especially in Opera On Premise or Cloud, must be demonstrated. * In-depth knowledge of hotel PMS, particularly Opera (On Premise v5 and/or Opera Cloud). * Knowledge of current and emerging technology trends is valued. * Knowledge of OPERA PMS, Booking Engine, CRM Salesforce, Azure, SAP, middlewares, low-code technologies, data governance, and Power BI is desirable. * English proficiency at C1 level is valued. **Experience** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT environments within the hotel sector. * Experience providing user support and supporting hotel operational departments. * Experience in functional and technical system analysis. * Ability to effectively solve problems. * Knowledge of API integrations, web services, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) is desirable. * Experience implementing OPERA or other PMS hotel management systems, Salesforce or other CRM systems, integration architectures, Mulesoft middleware, and other relevant technological solutions is valued. * Experience in general project and vendor management will be considered an advantage. **What we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary based on profile (fixed + variable). * Enjoy a positive work environment with great opportunities for professional development and access to continuous training funded by the company to further develop both your hard and soft skills.
