We are currently expanding our team and looking for a **Construction \& Transition Manager** with specific experience in high- and medium-voltage generator projects to join us on a critical project. **Job Summary** The Construction \& Transition Manager will be responsible for end-to-end supervision of construction and commissioning of electrical generation projects, with a particular focus on safe and efficient transition to operations. This role requires deep understanding of Medium Voltage (MV) electrical infrastructure, experience in critical environments, and the ability to manage teams and processes in live operational environments. We seek a professional with strong technical education and over 5 years of demonstrable experience in electrical and critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications and a proven track record managing complex projects, ensuring compliance with the highest safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * **Site Construction \& Supervision:** * Daily fieldwork supervision (contractors, OEMs, cabling, MV switchgear, etc.) * Execution control per design, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements * Supervision of work in **live electrical rooms (live environment)** * Coordination of concurrent activities to avoid interference and risk * Installation quality validation and compliance with GS standards * **MOP / PTW / Safety Control** * + Review and approval of **MOPs (Method of Procedure)** prior to execution + On-site supervision during critical operations (energization, MV isolation, etc.) + Verification of compliance with: * PPE and safety conditions * Signage and demarcation * Permits to Work (PTW) * + Real-time risk identification and mitigation * **Commissioning Oversight** * Supervision of **electrical commissioning** activities * Review of test scripts, FAT/SAT, and results * Readiness validation prior to energization * Coordination with Operations for critical windows * **Transition \& Handover (HOTO)** * Development and tracking of transition and handover plans * Coordination between project and operations teams * Ensuring availability of documentation * Validation of Day-1 operational readiness * **Risk Management \& Reporting** * Proactive identification of technical and operational risks * Development of mitigation plans * Escalation of risks to senior management * Incident tracking and lessons learned * **Stakeholder Coordination** * Coordination with: * Operations (FSM / FM) * Project / Delivery teams * Contractors and OEMs * Ensuring smooth communication in critical environments. * Participation in progress meetings and reporting. REQUIREMENTS **Experience:** * Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in electrical projects, critical construction, or similar environments. * Solid experience in: * Medium Voltage (MV) electrical infrastructure. * Installation and maintenance of Data Centers (preferably Tier III/IV). * Management of critical infrastructure. * Working in *live* environments (equipment in operation). * MV cabling, switchgear, and substations. * Electrical commissioning processes. * Field supervision and construction management. * Prior experience in Tier III / IV Data Centers (desirable). * Knowledge of HOTO (Handover/Takeover) processes and transition to operations. * Experience in operational risk management. * Experience leading teams in multi-contractor environments. **Education:** * Technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Certification for live MV work (Spain) or equivalent Authorized Person (AP) status (UK). **Competencies:** * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Detail-oriented and quality-focused. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Professional-level English proficiency. ### **Why Join Eosol Group?** We offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where you can advance your career on large-scale projects with significant impact.
