Job Summary: We are seeking an Access Controller to manage crowd flow, maintain order, and ensure a safe environment at a nightlife venue serving as an LGTBI community gathering space. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage crowd flow and capacity 2. Monitor behavior and prevent conflicts 3. Collaborate with security professionals We are looking for an **Access Controller** for a nightlife venue that serves as a safe and inclusive gathering space for the LGTBI community. * **Entry and exit control:** Manage crowd flow and ensure the venue's maximum capacity is not exceeded. * **Order maintenance:** Monitor attendees' behavior to prevent conflicts and ensure a safe environment. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with other security professionals, event staff, and, if necessary, law enforcement. Valid Access Controller license (TIP) required. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €1,200.00–€1,300.00 per month Education: * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) (Desirable) Experience: * Access control: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
