What will you do on this project? * Handle N1 escalations in the operator’s mobile access network, comprising base station equipment for 2G, 3G, LTE, etc., and various vendors deployed in the external plant. * Assign incident tickets requiring escalation to other technical departments. * Resolve technical-level service provisioning problems. * Provide 8x5 support with no downtime. Your Profile: * Radio * Knowledge of 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G (Node B, BSC, RNC, and eNode B) * Fundamental RF parameters * Basic RAN architecture: o RU/AAU, DU, CU (5G) o RRU/BBU (LTE) * Use of OSS/NMS tools (as per operator/vendor). * IP/backhaul network * IP connectivity, basic routing, VLAN, QoS. * Diagnosing latency, jitter, and packet loss. * Basic transport checks toward the RAN. * Tools * OSS/NMS consoles for monitoring. * KPI analysis tools. * Ticketing systems and SLA management.
