You will be the visible face of our company, reporting directly to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager, with the goal of ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining our motorhome fleet in optimal condition, and taking responsibility for all tasks required to ensure smooth depot operations. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Ensure daily vehicle turnover complies with internal policies. * Coordinate various teams involved in the vehicle turnover flow to guarantee: vehicle cleaning, auditing and inspection, maintenance and repairs, spare parts inventory control, and preparation of kits. * Support local team training and coaching. * Opportunity to conduct onboarding and training at other bases. * Support Branch & Fleet Managers to ensure our motorhomes remain in perfect condition. * Manage depot layout and organization. * Play an active role in optimizing operational processes. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * You are passionate about travel and comfortable engaging directly with customers; experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent\-a\-Car is valued. * You hold a valid work permit in Spain, a current driver’s license, and feel confident driving a campervan (mandatory requirement). * You are available to work weekends and national holidays. * You are a responsible person who takes your work seriously and can be trusted. * You are organized and possess strong problem-solving skills. **THE INDIE COMMITMENT!** * Join a young, innovative, and rapidly growing company where your work truly makes a difference. * Professional development opportunities in Field Operations and potential transitions to our offices in Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila. * Ongoing training and coaching to develop the skills most important to you. * A competitive compensation package including performance and referral bonuses. * Free road trips so you can personally experience the Indie journey across Europe, North America, and Oceania. **Are you ready to Go Indie?**
