Syringes are handled using specialized tools, rotated to examine the liquid from all angles. In manual mode, the background is alternated to reduce visual fatigue. In semi-automated lines, machines are fed and complementary verification is performed. In the automated line, products are placed, stoppers inserted, and labels applied to ensure batch traceability. The work pace is standardized, with productivity ranging from 1,500 to 1,800 small units or between 1,000 and 1,200 units. A minimum of one year’s prior experience in similar environments is required. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification is mandatory.
