Development of professional recruitment strategies Winning Consulting is currently recruiting a **Recruitment Specialist** to deliver our RPO services to a major multinational banking company in Madrid. Hybrid work model. **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings across various platforms. * Contact candidates by phone and conduct different types of interviews. * Manage the complete recruitment, selection, and evaluation process for candidates. * Prepare reports by processing data sourced from multiple information channels. * Engage with business units and other stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements. * Maintain and update candidate databases according to organizational needs. **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles, managing the full selection cycle within an RPO, consultancy, or technology company. * Experience selecting diverse profiles related to the banking sector. * Experience selecting candidates for Artificial Intelligence roles is desirable. * Proficiency in Excel for preparing executive-level reports (Power BI experience is a plus). * Experience collaborating with hiring managers to develop optimal professional recruitment strategies. * Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn; experience with Workday is valued. * Advanced English proficiency. **Salary:** Annual gross salary range of €28,000–€30,000 + social benefits. **Who Are We?** Winning Consulting is a consulting firm offering services in consulting, training, recruitment, and research.
