You will become part of an agency comprising over **60 professionals from various disciplines**, collaborating on innovative projects for top-tier clients. As a graphic designer, you will work within the **Design Department**, but you will also have opportunities to interact with other internal teams, contributing your creativity to integrated solutions across **advertising, marketing, design, development, temporary architecture, production, and communication**. If you wish to take the next step in your career and join a dynamic and continuously evolving team, we’re waiting for you at dnoise! **Responsibilities** ---------- * Creation and adaptation of graphic materials for campaigns * Development of corporate identities and brand implementations * Layout and composition of text for advertising graphics * Design and creation of social media assets * Design of corporate documents and presentations * Design and adaptation of web creatives * Proficiency in vector illustration for creating complex graphic elements * Production of realistic mockups and integration of objects into images * Production and adaptation of final artwork — You will work closely with our in-house production team and create pieces that will be physically produced right here. **Requirements** -------------- **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in a similar role * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field * **Creativity and cultural references:** Ability to propose fresh and innovative ideas, supported by strong visual culture and awareness of current trends * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments and contribute value within a creative team * **Adobe Creative Suite proficiency:** Fluent use of core design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) * **Office software skills:** Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * **Web design and prototyping:** Experience using **Figma** for interface design and interactive prototype development * **Artificial Intelligence applied to design:** Knowledge of AI and hands-on experience with AI-based tools for design and content creation * **Desirable (not essential):** Video editing and motion graphics **Benefits** -------------- * Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and market rates * Opportunities for professional growth within the company * Remote work: Currently 3 days on-site and 2 days remote; conditions may vary if necessary * In-house departments including Accounts, Design, Interior/Industrial Design, Creativity, Development (Web/Apps), Production, Manufacturing, Printing, and Logistics — all located at the same site, enabling on-site testing of element manufacturing, supported by excellent facilities and state-of-the-art machinery * Modern, spacious workplace: 2,500 m² production area and large offices with natural lighting.
