Requirements General data network experience (architectures, routing, etc.) Knowledge of and troubleshooting for passive network components. Network management via Network Management System (NMS) platforms. High level of English (conversational). Availability for occasional travel to Sweden. Electrical knowledge related to data centers (UPS, SAI, etc.) will be considered an asset. Knowledge of SSID configuration and internet service providers will be valued. Familiarity with the following active components or similar: **Local Switches:** Hirschmann **or WiFi APs:** Hirschmann **or SMS modems:** Teltonika **or Server Racks:** Firewalls: 2x Fortinet FG100F (HA); Core Switch: Cisco Catalyst 6504E; ToR Switch: 2x Cisco Catalyst 9200 (stack); Virtualization **Servers (2 units):** DELL R440; Cluster Storage: DELL EMC ME5024 or Media converters Main Responsibilities Audit of the data network and proposal of improvements if required. Troubleshooting and generation of reports according to template. Assistance in drawing and continuous updating of network diagrams. Management and control of the IP address assignment document for systems. Generation of general reports. Incident handling and generation of Incident Reports. Support in designing and proposing technical improvements/changes to the data network. Assistance in troubleshooting other network elements and related systems. Participation in technical tests involving the data network. Assistance to technicians during system component commissioning. Advisory support regarding materials and equipment used (manufacturer updates, product lifecycle, etc.). Reporting to Project Managers.
