Our offering combines high-quality ingredients, healthier options, full customization, and a visually appealing experience that makes every visit worth remembering. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Lead Frozer** We are seeking a proactive, organized, and leadership-oriented Ice Cream Shop Manager to assume overall daily management of the establishment, ensuring smooth operational, administrative, and personnel management, as well as maximum customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Management:** Supervise and coordinate daily ice cream shop operations, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and service standards. * **Logistics and Purchasing:** Manage inventory control, supplier order placement and processing to guarantee consistent raw material supply. * **Administration:** Invoice tracking and filing, cash register supervision, and incident reporting to the administrative department. * **Inventory Control:** Conduct periodic (weekly/monthly) inventories and analyze potential discrepancies. * **Personnel Management:** Create staff schedules and work timetables, monitor attendance, and motivate team members. * **Customer Service:** Direct customer interaction and conflict resolution with genuine hospitality. **Minimum Requirements (Mandatory \- Do not apply if not met):** * **Valid and current work permit** (Legal residence in the country with authorization for full-time employment is mandatory). * **Proven prior experience** of at least 1\-2 years in supervisory or managerial roles (e.g., Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or Store Manager) within customer service, food service, or organized catering sectors (experience in ice cream shops or cafés is highly valued). * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capability. * Customer orientation and attention to detail. **What We Offer:** * Stable employment contract (specify contract type, e.g., Permanent). * Full-time working hours. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and merit. * A positive work environment within a dynamic team. * A career growth plan within the company.
