JOB DESCRIPTION Radio Inter is seeking a Radio Advertising Sales Representative to drive the sale of advertising space and develop new business opportunities linked to our programs and commercial formats. The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining and expanding the existing client portfolio, and marketing advertising solutions tailored to each company's needs. We are looking for a candidate with a clear sales orientation, negotiation skills, and experience in advertising sales, media, B2B services, or client acquisition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, prospect, and acquire real estate agents, companies, and potential advertisers interested in the station's programs and commercial formats. Generate new business opportunities through sales prospecting, telephone calls, email, networking, and in-person sales visits. Conduct meetings, sales visits, and presentations of the company's advertising services and solutions. Analyze potential clients' needs, objectives, and budgets to propose suitable advertising solutions. Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and media plans. Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements. Manage and track sales opportunities throughout the entire sales process. Coordinate with production and programming departments to ensure proper execution of contracted advertising campaigns. Monitor campaigns and maintain ongoing communication with clients. Evaluate results and identify new business opportunities. Maintain, retain, and expand the existing client portfolio. Update and track sales activity, contacts, and business opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. REQUIREMENTS Education: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Commerce, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields. Other qualifications or training related to sales and service selling will be considered favorably. Experience: Previous experience in sales roles, client acquisition, or business development. Particularly valued: experience in advertising sales, media (radio, print, digital), advertising agencies, or B2B services. Experience conducting sales prospecting, meetings with potential clients, proposal presentations, and deal closures. Technical Skills: Proficient use of office productivity tools and email. Ability to prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. Experience using CRM tools for managing and tracking clients and sales opportunities is a plus. Familiarity with the advertising market and various communication formats and channels is advantageous. Competencies: Strong sales and results orientation. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 and 15:00–19:00\. 23 working days of annual vacation, as stipulated by the applicable collective agreement.
