We are looking for a Technical Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience managing teams, as well as expertise in research areas related to Energy, Climate, and Decarbonization, for a new project in MADRID. * Technical Engineering Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics / Telecommunications…). * Over 5 years of experience managing teams. * Experience with CI/CD and Agile methodologies. * Advanced English level (B2–C1\). * Knowledge of various Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning stacks. * Experience leading activities in European Commission–funded projects. * Knowledge of research topics in Energy, Climate, and Decarbonization: automation of carbon and water footprint calculation, mitigation and adaptation, sustainability… * Motivation for new challenges and continuous innovation. * Ability to learn. * Autonomy. * Customer and results orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Communication skills. * Teamwork. **We offer:** * The opportunity to join a company that values initiative and enthusiasm for emerging technologies. * Opportunity to drive and foster R&D, app development, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies. * A positive work environment. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Flexible Compensation Plan. * Technical career development plan.
