Demanding technical environment, with focus on quality and security DESCRIPTION BEIGAR, a technology consultancy specialized in building high-performance teams for critical environments, is looking for a **DevOps / Platform Engineer** to join a strategic project within the Public Administration, in a highly demanding and confidential setting. This is a 100% on-site position in Madrid, aimed at candidates with strong technical autonomy, experience in On\-Premise environments, and the ability to work under strict quality and security standards. The professional will participate in the management, evolution, and standardization of critical technology platforms, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to define best practices, automate processes, and operate infrastructure. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Definition and documentation of technical procedures * Establishment of standards and best practices in DevOps environments * Management and operation of platforms on On\-Premise infrastructure * Collaboration with multidisciplinary technical teams * Automation of processes and deployments * Monitoring and optimization of critical systems * Participation in continuous platform improvement ### **What We Offer** * Stable and high-impact project within a critical institutional environment * Collaboration on strategic technology initiatives * Demanding technical environment, with focus on quality and security * Highly qualified professional team * Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Friday: Intensive working day * Summer intensive schedule (June to September) REQUIREMENTS * Experience in DevOps environments and platform operations * Knowledge of On\-Premise infrastructure * Experience with: * OpenShift * Argo CD * Quay * Prometheus / Grafana * Ability to work autonomously and assume technical responsibility * Experience in technical documentation and process definition ### **Desirable Qualifications** * Automation and infrastructure: Ansible, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Helm * Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL * Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell * Operating systems: RHEL, Windows Server * Identity management: Active Directory, Keycloak * Web servers: Apache Tomcat ### **Other Considerations** * Project subject to rigorous selection processes and in-depth technical interviews * Preference for candidates available for 100% on-site work * Environment requiring commitment, discretion, and professionalism
