Responsibilities: * Project Analysis: Thoroughly analyze tender documentation (tender specifications, project plans, reports) to understand the scope of work and legal/technical requirements. * Measurements and Budgeting: Carry out and/or supervise detailed project measurements. Prepare the construction budget (price databases), adjusting productivity rates and direct costs. * Requesting and Comparative Analysis of Quotes: Request and negotiate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors (trade associations). Prepare comparative tables (*subcontractor comparisons*) to optimize costs and select the most cost-effective option without compromising quality. * Cost Optimization: Propose variant studies and improvements (*value engineering* or value-added proposals) to reduce construction costs while maintaining functionality and quality. * Tender Documentation: Draft the Technical and Administrative Report for public and private tenders. * Database Updates: Maintain and update the company’s price databases (materials, productivity rates, labor) to ensure accuracy in future budgets. Site visit for tender purposes. * Requirements Minimum Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years as a Study Technician in the **building or construction sector**. * Experience working with Public Administration is highly valued. * **Education:** Technical Architect (Surveyor), Architect, or Building Engineer. * **Software:** **Advanced proficiency in Presto** (or similar software: TCQ) and experience handling price databases (CYPE, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
