Winning Consulting is recruiting a **Functional Analyst** to join a project for a major end client operating in the real estate buying and selling sector, based in Madrid. Hybrid work model. **Responsibilities:** * Gather, analyze, and document business functional requirements. * Translate user needs into clear and detailed specifications. * Produce functional documentation: use cases, user stories, workflows, and business rules. * Collaborate with development, QA, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Participate in scope definition, estimation, and requirement prioritization. * Validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with defined requirements. * Support functional testing and provide assistance during implementation. * Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and systems. **Requirements:** * Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 3–5 years of professional experience in Functional Analyst or similar roles. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English (B2). * Proficiency in writing SQL queries. * Strong Excel skills. * Experience with documentation tools (Jira, Confluence). * Experience working with Agile methodologies. * Knowledge of the relevant business domain or industry. ### **About Winning Consulting** At **Winning Consulting**, we provide consulting, training, recruitment, and research services.
