The selected candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise subcontractors during the installation of complex electrical systems. The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities: * Lead electrical design for desalination projects: medium- and low-voltage distribution systems, motor control centers (MCC), grounding networks, lightning protection, lighting, frequency converters, cable sizing and routing, etc. * Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE) and project requirements. * Conduct electrical studies: load flow, short-circuit, and protection coordination. * Coordinate with civil, mechanical, process, and I&C teams. * Supervise subcontractors and suppliers. * Prepare technical specifications for electrical equipment (transformers, switchgear, VFDs). * Evaluate technical proposals and recommend solutions. * Supervise electrical installation works, ensuring quality and safety. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical engineering. * Experience in desalination or water treatment (desirable). * Proficiency in electrical software (ETAP, Dialux, AutoCAD, etc.). * Knowledge of NFPA, IEC, and IEEE standards. * Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. * Fluent English.
