Job Summary: Develop technical layout plans for civil engineering and urban development projects, ensuring geometric accuracy and essential technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support on site management and technical assistance. **Surveying Technician – Civil Engineering / Urban Development** **Location:** Madrid **Salary:** €28,000 – €32,000 gross/year **Work Mode:** Hybrid or on-site (minimum 3 days/week on-site) **Contract Type:** Permanent **Job Mission** Develop technical layout plans for civil engineering and urban development projects, ensuring geometric accuracy, correct plan and elevation definitions, as well as technical support in measurements and quantifications required for construction execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and development of plan and elevation layouts (roundabouts, urban developments, access roads, roadways, service roads). * Preparation of layout annexes. * Calculation of earthwork measurements and quantifications. * Development of longitudinal and cross-sectional profiles. * Technical modeling and development using specialized software. * Coordination with project teams and site management. * Technical support on site management and technical assistance (where applicable). **Requirements** **Education** * Degree in Surveying Engineering, ITOP, ICCP, or equivalent. **Experience** * Minimum 3–5 years in civil engineering layout work. **Technical Knowledge** **Mandatory** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in PRESTO. * Expertise in layout software: Civil 3D, MDT, Istram, or Clip. **Desirable** * Infraworks (pre-design and conceptual modeling). * CYPE. * Revit / BIM. * ArcGIS or other GIS software. * Experience in site management, technical assistance, or occupational health and safety coordination.
