At this time, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are seeking two **Agricultural Technicians** for our client’s facilities in Hellín. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of 150 hectares of greenhouse, in collaboration with the technical team. * Crop management, primarily tomato and cucumber, ensuring correct application of agricultural protocols. * Monitoring and control of hydroponic irrigation systems. * Coordination with supervisors and workers to guarantee crop productivity and quality. * Technical reporting and performance tracking. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher Education Degree in Agricultural Studies, Technical Agricultural Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering. * Solid and demonstrable experience in tomato and/or cucumber cultivation, preferably over several years. * Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with greenhouses equipped with hydroponic irrigation systems. * Proactive profile, with strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset in field operations. **WHAT DOES THE COMPANY OFFER?** * Permanent contract. * Rotating schedule: one week Monday to Friday, the next Monday to Saturday. * Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, between €22,000 and €35,000 gross per year. * Opportunity to work in a technically advanced and professional environment, with direct responsibility for production. * Joining an established and leading company in the agricultural sector.
