Job Summary: CAD & BIM SERVICES is seeking a REVIT MEP Modeler for design, calculation, and technical support in projects, resolving issues and modeling architecture and industrial structures. Working on projects following a BIM Execution Plan. **Description:** ---------------- At CAD \& BIM SERVICES, we specialize in BIM methodology and are currently involved in developing Spain's major BIM implementation projects. Over our 15+ years of experience, we have completed more than 1\.000 national and international projects, requiring multidisciplinary teams, constant innovation, and application of cutting-edge techniques across various domains. We carry out project design and calculation, supported by our drafters, modelers, and engineers. This includes in-house projects as well as technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at various stages. We are currently recruiting a **REVIT MEP MODELER**, specialized in projects in **Madrid**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Revit MEP modeling and creation of corresponding families. * Generation and extraction of graphical documentation from the model. * Resolving issues identified by project coordinators. * Modeling foundations and industrial-type concrete buildings. * Modeling architecture for industrial-type buildings. * Projects executed in accordance with a BIM Execution Plan. * Use of Navisworks. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Meal allowances and/or mileage reimbursement. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan.
