We are currently seeking a GRC Specialist – Technology Risk to join our team and collaborate on the management, control, and optimization of technology risks in banking sector projects and systems. Responsibilities * Identify, assess, and monitor technology risks associated with bank projects and systems. * Review and analyze technical documentation, internal policies, and applicable security controls. * Oversee the proper implementation of action plans derived from risk management activities. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, controls, and commitments agreed upon with various departments. * Verify that technology projects comply with the bank’s internal regulations and current regulatory standards. * Optimize existing processes and propose continuous improvements in technology risk management. * Collaborate with technical, business, and compliance teams to ensure comprehensive risk management. Requirements **Key Experience and Skills:** * Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) roles or technology risk management. * Knowledge of technology environments and IT projects within complex organizations, preferably in the banking sector. * Ability to analyze risks, prioritize actions, and track mitigation plans. * Communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. * Proactive, analytical profile with a focus on continuous improvement. **Desirable Knowledge (Nice-to-Have):** * Risk and control frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, ITIL, etc.). * Experience with financial regulations and regulatory requirements. * Preparation of risk reports and risk documentation. * Use of risk management or compliance tools.
