Job Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Projects Coordinator for residential buildings, who will lead engineering teams and participate in the design and calculation of facilities, advising clients. Key Points: 1. Coordination of local projects and management of an engineering team. 2. Design and calculation of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical installations. 3. Client advisory services regarding administrative procedures. Through our engineering division P\&PD (ATS Global), we are managing the selection process for a Facilities Projects Coordinator in Madrid. We seek a Technical or Industrial Engineer with proven knowledge and experience in coordinating and drafting facilities projects for residential buildings, primarily. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordination of local projects (Madrid), overseeing a team of engineers and BIM modelers. * Integration into the engineering team according to specialty to participate in projects outside Madrid. * Design and calculation of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical installations. * Participation in project progress meetings with clients. * Advisory support to clients regarding administrative procedures and utility companies. REPORTING STRUCTURE: * Directly reports to the Manager of the Málaga office. * When performing Coordinator duties, oversees all engineers and BIM technicians at the Málaga office. * When performing Project Engineer duties, reports to the respective Project Coordinator.
