Description We are collaborating with an **Edtech** company specialized in **English teaching** for early childhood, primary, secondary (ESO), and high school education. Founded in **2015**, they offer proprietary curriculum methods and a gamified digital platform featuring readings, interactive activities, and tracking tools, fostering motivating and level-adapted learning, as well as resources and teacher training. With a strong presence in **Spain**, they partner with over **600 schools**, and their platform is used by more than **150k students**. With the goal of continuing to provide the best resources and teaching quality, they are undergoing a transformation phase with several objectives ahead, including modernizing their platform, ensuring greater scalability, and delivering a more robust product ready to grow. **Responsibilities:** * Active participation in the **evolution** of the **Backend** using **Node.js**, **MongoDB**, and **Redis**, ensuring performance, scalability, and stability. * Design, optimization, and maintenance of internal **APIs** and services. * Automations, refactorings, and architectural improvements carried out **collaboratively with the team**. * Ability to **participate** in **Frontend** development (React\-Hooks) **Conditions:** * 100% remote work from Spain. Availability required for annual team events (Madrid). * Continuous training and professional development.
