We are looking for a candidate to develop business in the healthcare sector in Madrid and surrounding areas. Main responsibilities will include acquiring and managing customers, both individuals and self-employed professionals as well as companies. Planning and scheduling commercial visits is required, managing one's own work schedule autonomously. The role involves marketing market-leading healthcare products, driving direct sales and policy renewals. Contacts of potential customers will be provided to support commercial activities, aiming to generate new opportunities and retain the existing client portfolio. A proactive attitude focused on achieving results is highly valued. At least one year of commercial experience, including telemarketing, is required. Strong commercial vocation, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset, are essential. Proficiency in office software and CRM systems is desirable. Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma. A dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional development are offered. The contract is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent. Minimum one year of experience in commercial roles or telemarketing. Entrepreneurial attitude, strong commercial vocation, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
