We are looking for a **Night Shift Reception Assistant** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service during nighttime hours, guaranteeing the hotel’s proper operation and a high-quality experience. Main Responsibilities * Customer attention and assistance during nighttime, both in person and by phone. * Nighttime check-in and check-out. * Management of reservations and last-minute requests. * Resolution of incidents and handling of potential emergencies. * Access control and basic facility security. * Support in administrative tasks specific to the night shift. * Coordination with other departments when necessary. Essential Requirements * **Advanced and fluent English proficiency (mandatory)**: used daily with international guests. * Availability to work **night shifts**. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to work autonomously and responsibly. * Problem-solving attitude and service orientation. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in hotel reception or customer service. * Knowledge of additional languages. * Familiarity with hotel management software.
