Your mission will be to support the team in obtaining, analyzing, and leveraging operational information, collaborating on projects that contribute to optimizing processes and improving decision-making. **What will be your responsibilities?** ------------------------------------------ * Preparation and updating of operational reports for various teams. * Data extraction, processing, and analysis. * Maintenance and validation of databases and records. * Support in process automation and improvement. * Participation in the implementation of new tools and technological developments. * Collaboration with different departments to ensure information quality and availability. * Administrative and operational support for the department. **How will you contribute?** ----------------------- You will play a key role in generating and managing information that enables teams to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact the efficiency of international operations. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ ### **Academic background** University degree and/or Higher Technical Degree in: * Computer Engineering * Industrial Organization Engineering * Data Engineering * Data Science * Mathematics * Statistics * Business Analytics * Other similar degrees with a strong analytical or technological focus ### **Technical knowledge** The following will be considered advantageous: * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query). * Power BI. * Databases and information handling. * Salesforce. * SharePoint. * Process modeling tools (Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio). * Basic knowledge of automation, reporting, or data analysis. ### **Experience** 0–1 year of experience in data analysis, operations, consulting, information management, or related fields is desirable. **What do we offer?** ---------------------- Job stability.
