We are experiencing growth and seeking to bring on board a key professional who will serve as the bridge between our commercial and technical teams. **What will your mission be?** Be the **technical-commercial reference**, guiding the sales team throughout the entire consultative process—identifying client needs, designing cybersecurity solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and building trust and value with our customers. **What will you do day-to-day?** * Attend client meetings alongside the commercial team. * Analyze technical and business requirements. * Design tailored cybersecurity solutions for each project. * Prepare budgets, technical proposals, and reports. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations. * Address technical questions during the commercial process. * Coordinate with Engineering, SOC, and Operations teams. * Research emerging technologies and contribute to developing new services. * Support Marketing with technical content and participate in events when required. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek a candidate with a solid technical foundation in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, eager to evolve into a clearly consultative role—capable of guiding clients from initial needs identification through to defining the optimal solution. We will value experience or knowledge in several of the following areas: * Networking, communications, and systems. * Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud environments. * Endpoint protection solutions (EDR/XDR), firewalls, and perimeter security. * Managed cybersecurity services (SOC, MDR, SIEM, or monitoring). * Identity and access management (IAM/MFA). * Email security and threat protection. * Vulnerability management, penetration testing, or risk analysis. * Regulatory frameworks and standards such as ENS, NIS2, ISO 27001, or GDPR. From the outset, we do not expect mastery across all these areas.
