




We are looking to incorporate a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant into our team in Lugo. The selected candidate will be a key piece in the daily management of our office, providing support to different departments and ensuring the proper functioning of administrative processes. As an Administrative Assistant, your main responsibilities will include: Document Management: Filing, classification, and digitization of invoices, delivery notes, contracts, and other important documents. Telephone and Email Support: Routing calls and emails to the corresponding departments, and resolving basic inquiries from customers and suppliers. Accounting Support: Collaboration in invoice accounting, preparation of bank transfers, and account reconciliations. Procurement and Supplier Management: Support in placing orders, tracking deliveries, and managing incidents. General Office Tasks: Office supplies management, coordination of courier services, and logistical support. Education: Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Administrative Management, Administration and Finance, or similar. Experience: Prior experience in a similar position will be valued. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of accounting software.
