Job Summary: We are seeking a Telecommunications Engineer to develop and manage technical engineering projects at Siadde, participating in the entire project lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork, proactivity, and technical rigor in projects. **Job Description:** We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer with solid experience (2\-4 years) in developing and managing technical engineering projects, to join Siadde’s technical team. The selected candidate will actively participate in the entire project lifecycle, from preparation of technical documentation through execution, monitoring, and closure of awarded projects. **Main Responsibilities:** Analysis of technical specifications and requirements. Drafting of technical reports, supporting documentation, and functional schematics. Coordination with internal departments for requesting supplier quotations and comparative analysis. Technical support during the bid presentation and defense phase before clients or public entities (if required). **Documentation Preparation:** Minutes, progress reports, test protocols, results reports, closure reports, etc. **Required Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering (or equivalent). **Required Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles (technical proposals and project management in tender environments). **Technical Knowledge:** Network architecture Microwave links / Radiofrequency Electronics **Desirable:** Applicable technical regulations. Technical design tools (AutoCAD, Visio). MS Project or other project planning tools. **Competencies:** Technical rigor and attention to detail. Analytical and synthetic capability. Written and oral communication skills. Autonomy and accountability. Teamwork and proactivity.
