From day one, you will receive mentoring and training to develop your technical knowledge and gain experience in a high-availability professional environment. **Your key responsibilities will include:** ---------------------------------------------------- * Monitoring the proper functioning of mainframe systems and platforms. * Executing operational procedures according to established standards. * Identifying incidents and escalating those requiring specialized support. * Collaborating with various technical teams to ensure service continuity. * Tracking scheduled processes and operational tasks. * Recording and documenting incidents and actions taken. * Actively participating in your training and professional development plan. **You will be successful in this role if you have:** **What we are looking for:** **Essential Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training qualification in **Microcomputer Systems and Networks**, **Network Information Systems Administration (ASIR)**, or equivalent degrees. * Final-year students or recent graduates are also welcome. * English language proficiency at level **B2\.** * Interest in building a professional career within the technology sector. * Availability to work **100% on-site** in Madrid. * Availability to work **rotating 24x7 shifts**.
