Asociación Centro Trama is recruiting a COOK for a “Residential Center for 35 minors, funded by the Madrid Institute for Minors and Families”. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? - Supervise all kitchen staff. - Develop balanced menus that provide appropriate nutrition for minors/young people. - Be responsible for the procurement, handling, seasoning, and proper service of food. - Ensure compliance with regulations governing collective dining facilities and food handling.
