**Description:** ---------------- At LEGALIÓN, we continue to grow and are seeking to incorporate an intern with a strong interest and experience in Immigration Law, who has also had exposure to other legal fields—particularly Administrative and/or Criminal Law. We are looking for a motivated individual eager to learn, actively engage, and develop professionally within a supportive, demanding, and quality-oriented environment committed to excellence in legal work and client service. What will your responsibilities be? Assisting in the processing and follow-up of immigration cases (residence permits, nationality applications, family reunifications, visas, appeals, etc.). Drafting legal documents and administrative appeals, and, where applicable, contentious\-administrative lawsuits. Supporting matters related to Administrative and Criminal Law, especially when linked to immigration procedures. Providing legal advice and client support under the supervision of the senior team. Bachelor’s or Licentiate Degree in Law. Currently pursuing specialization in Immigration Law. Experience in Administrative and/or Criminal Law is desirable.
