Together, we build an environment where everyone can contribute their best version. **Will you join us?** We show you here in this video. **Main functions and responsibilities:** * *Customer Environment and Product Range Presentation* * Analyze market and customer needs in an omnichannel environment together with Offer and Services teams. * Propose and implement in-store rollout strategies that facilitate customer product selection and understanding. * Ensure proper application of Micromerchandising criteria and consistency between physical and digital channels. * Lead actions that increase shelf profitability and attractiveness, including furniture improvement proposals when necessary. * Validate, together with the Micromerchandising team, the implementation of shelving structures, furniture, and communication elements. * Collaborate with the E-merchandising Manager to ensure a consistent and effective omnichannel experience. * Ensure alignment between offer, communication, and in-store experience by providing detailed briefs to Macromerchandising and Visual Merchandising teams. * *Analysis and Profitability:* * Ensures that the rollout in their Market generates maximum linear meter profitability, ensuring compliance with established rollout rules from the Offer-Omnicommerce strategy and operational Performance. * Optimizes profitability per linear meter (ml), square meter (m2), and cubic meter (m3) within their Market/World. * Creates and ensures planograms are up to date, followed by validation from the Offer Leader and Omnicommerce Leader across all families in different clusters. * Ensures an implementation process that drives store team productivity. * Conducts post-rollout follow-up and implements corrective measures within the Omnichannel environment. * *Section Concept:* * Design and conceptualize the market within the store, ensuring a coherent, profitable, and customer-centered shopping experience. * Coordinate with Offer, Omnicommerce, and Concept teams to ensure an omnichannel vision aligned with customer needs. * Promote customer autonomy through self-service and project sales. * Ensure correct product placement throughout the store flow, respecting strategies defined by the Concept department. * Adapt the market concept to different store formats and clusters (Urban, Express, Compact, GSB). * Conduct post-rollout follow-ups to apply improvements, reporting to the relevant leader according to strategic alignment. * *Openings and Remodeling:* * Ensure correct implementation of the Market Concept across all store formats, coordinating with Offer and Concept teams. * Advise and supervise store teams throughout the entire rollout process, ensuring consistency in key aspects such as: * + Definition of minimass and micromass. * + Furniture selection. * + Stock and communication material orders. * + Team training on products and communication. * + Monitoring of the rollout process. * Perform analysis and follow-up after openings or remodelings, proposing corrective actions to improve both in-store execution and ongoing development of the Market Concept. * Report to relevant leaders according to the strategy defined by the vertical or functional Micromerchandising area. * *Cross-functional Management:* * + Manages and actively participates in cross-departmental projects and ensures achievement of assigned objectives at any given time. + Actively participates in regular Product Merchandising Manager meetings led by the Micro Merchandising Manager. * *Onboarding and Training of New Teams:* * Accompany and train new hires on daily work tools: Space planning, Data manager, Autocad, and Sketchup. * Ensure proper training and consistency in knowledge regarding collections, planograms, section concepts, and openings and remodeling. #### **Requirements** * + Bachelor’s degree or Higher Education in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. + Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. + Solid B2 level in English. **Our Purpose** ===================== At Leroy Merlin, we have a purpose that gives meaning to who we are and everything we do—a guiding principle that represents our commitment to you and to the planet.
