We are looking for a **BIM Coordinator** to join our BIM team at our offices in Barcelona. * **Your responsibilities will include:** + Collaborating with the planning department, providing BIM solutions that optimize planning and delivery processes in tenders: + Analyzing BIM requirements (EIR). + Auditing 3D models. + Extracting measurements. + Preparing BIM documentation for tendering (Pre\-BEP, BIM presentation, reports, BIM cost, etc.) + Supervising and coordinating the correct implementation of BIM on construction sites, ensuring compliance with BIM requirements during execution and final contract delivery. + Developing and ensuring compliance with BIM documentation: BEP (BIM Execution Plan), document management plan, BIM cost, etc. + Acting as Key User of the CDE (Common Data Environment), managing its use with all involved parties. + Performing quality checks on the platform. + Providing training and support to team members. + Coordinating, supervising, and controlling project deliveries, ensuring their documentary quality. + Managing project communication, supervising information flow, and guaranteeing data traceability. + Coordinating the BIM team, ensuring quality control of completed work and its proper integration into bids and construction projects. + Auditing BIM models, generating federated models, and analyzing progress KPIs. + Serving as the communication link with BIM Strategy. + Sharing BIM experience gained from bid and executed projects. + Collaborating in the development of corporate BIM initiatives. + Monitoring the action plan for BIM implementation within the company.**Requirements:** + Degree in Technical Architecture, Public or Civil Engineering. + Master’s degree in BIM. + At least 5 years of prior experience working with BIM methodology and BIM implementation. + Experience leading BIM projects. + In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and software. + BIM modeling, measurement extraction, and drawing production (preferably using Revit or Civil 3D). + Management of interferences and project BIM quality control. + Excellent communication and team management skills. + High level of English (B2).**Desirable Requirements:** + Prior site experience. + Knowledge and use of CDE. + Proficiency in point cloud processing software and AI. + Training or experience in BIM process automation or programming in BI environments. + Creation of renders and videos from BIM models. + Knowledge of IFC schema.**What we offer:** + Permanent contract. + Performance-based bonus. + Flexible working hours. + Hybrid work model (on-site / remote). + Positive work environment. + Birthday holiday (Bday). + Flexible compensation. + Shortened workday on Fridays. + Shortened workday during summer. *There is a place for you, whoever you are.
