Professional stability and growth in a permanent position Software Configuration Technicians At Grupo INVOIN, we need to hire 2 Software Technicians to join our team for a stable traffic and transportation engineering project in Madrid, with a hybrid remote work arrangement. Intensive schedule on Fridays and in August. **Additional holidays beyond vacation:** October and December bridges (2023\). Hybrid remote work arrangement. **Location:** Alcobendas (Madrid). Requirements Basic systems knowledge (virtual machine management, port knowledge, inter-machine connections, etc.) SQL database knowledge (basic queries, insertion of new functionality, incident resolution—primarily on SQL Server). Programming fundamentals (especially Python, PHP, and scripting in general) would be highly desirable. High level of written, spoken, and conversational English. Willingness to undertake occasional international travel. Responsibilities and Functions Application deployment (both client-side and server-side) in new environments or in already-established ones (updates). Deployment of a new database from scratch (using existing scripts) or updating data in an existing installation. Working with version control systems (SVN and/or GIT) for introducing new features and/or resolving incidents. Creation/modification of scripts (.BAT) and scriptable code (Python and PHP languages). Using Jenkins for application release management. Basic testing to verify that functionalities operate correctly after an update or installation. SQL, Python, PHP, Jenkins, database, BAT
