IT Systems Administrator Grupo INVOIN is looking to hire an IT Systems Administrator to join a stable traffic and transportation engineering project in Madrid, with a hybrid remote work arrangement. Requirements Degree in Computer Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum English level B2, preferably C1\. Recommended minimum of 2 years’ experience. Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems. Experience implementing and administering virtualization environments, preferably VMware or Hyper\-V. Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Commitment to continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies. Certifications in virtualization platforms and Cloud environments such as AWS and OCI will be valued. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the development environment’s IT infrastructure, as well as implementing solutions for both national and international company projects. Configure, maintain, and optimize server clusters to ensure system availability and performance. Administer operating system environments, including Linux and Windows, ensuring their stability and security. Implement and maintain virtualization environments using platforms such as VMware or Hyper\-V. Collaborate with other teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions meeting business requirements. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure. Manage and maintain computer system security, including implementation of access policies. Document procedures and configurations to ensure reproducibility and consistency of the IT environment.
