**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Foreman/Forewoman to support construction and maintenance activities in Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Calle Melchor Fernandez Almagro **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks required for proper maintenance * Supervise and coordinate work teams performing maintenance tasks * Train team members on assigned tasks; monitor and control maintenance activities in electricity and electronics * Monitor staff performance and sign off on necessary reports * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and signage regulations, and be responsible for informing newly hired personnel accordingly * Plan material supply and storage organization * Verify proper material storage and cleaning procedures **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS qualification (or an equivalent qualification officially recognized in Spain) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driver’s license, currently in force **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Occupational risk prevention training in electricity * Micro PLCs course (100 hours) * Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic automation **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 12 months and/or continuity options via a substitution contract to temporarily fill 1 “Foreman/Forewoman at Tragsa” position until the final selection process for permanent staffing is completed.
