Job Summary: We are seeking an Order Picker and Packager – an active and organized individual to work in a stable warehouse environment. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with inventory tasks and maintaining order and cleanliness. We are looking to welcome into our warehouse team **an Order Picker and Packager**. If you are active, organized, and eager to work in a stable environment, we’re looking for you! ▌ Responsibilities * Order picking according to work orders and outbound delivery notes. * Packaging and labeling products for shipment, ensuring goods integrity and safety. * Receiving and verifying incoming goods: checking quantities, product condition, and conformity with delivery notes. * Storing and restocking goods within the warehouse. * Stock control in assigned work areas; reporting discrepancies to the warehouse manager. * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation and throughout the facilities. * Operating manual and/or electric pallet trucks for moving goods. * Assisting with periodic inventory counts. ▌ Requirements * Immediate availability. * A dynamic, responsible person capable of working effectively in a team. * Good physical condition for tasks involving moving goods. * Valid driver’s license class B and personal vehicle (industrial area with no public transport). * We provide training from day one. ▌ Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or order picking. * Valid forklift operator license. * Experience using PDAs or radio-frequency terminals. ▌ What We Offer * Permanent contract with probationary period. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. * Salary according to the applicable collective agreement, subject to performance-based review. * Initial training provided by the company. * A friendly and collaborative working atmosphere within a small, close-knit team. ▌ How to Apply Send your CV to: **spsilmkt@gmail.com** **Subject: "Warehouse Operator – \[your name]"** Company: SPSIL Location: Calle Industrial Llano, 52 — 45360 Villarrubia de Santiago, Toledo Salary: Starting from €1.300,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Uniform provided Work Location: On-site employment
