We are seeking a person with a disability of 33% or higher and experience in supervising operations in an industrial laundry. Responsibilities include distributing and standardizing work, monitoring staff attendance using shift schedules, assigning operators to their positions according to operational needs, supervising the correct use of machinery and tools, managing incidents with maintenance, and ensuring compliance with the production plan. The candidate must also support the team and foster its autonomy, as well as monitor area KPIs, workplace order, and processing times. Temporary full-time contract in Fuenlabrada (Madrid). Rotating shifts: Monday to Sunday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (morning shift), and Monday to Saturday, 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (afternoon shift). Annual gross salary of 24\.000 euros paid in 14 installments, plus applicable allowances.
