Promoting a safety culture and safe work practices. We are seeking an Occupational Safety Resource Technician to supervise safety activities on a construction and infrastructure project in Madrid. The primary responsibility is to monitor compliance with established safety measures on site, ensuring all work is carried out according to defined procedures. This includes identifying hazardous situations, reporting potential deviations, and verifying the correct use of personal and collective protective equipment. The selected candidate will conduct periodic field inspections to assess working conditions and will closely collaborate with the Occupational Risk Prevention team to implement preventive measures. They will also participate in safety coordination and follow-up meetings and prepare detailed reports on preventive activities, contributing to continuous safety documentation and analysis. The goal is to foster a prevention-oriented culture among workers, promote safe practices, and reduce the likelihood of incidents. This is a temporary contract, initially for four months with possible extension, within a dynamic and highly operationally active environment. Candidates must hold at least a Higher Technician Diploma in Occupational Risk Prevention or equivalent qualification authorizing them to serve as an Occupational Safety Resource, along with prior experience in construction projects, infrastructure works, or industrial installations. Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, effective communication skills, and immediate availability are required. Experience in large-scale projects and training in coordination of business activities are especially valued. Minimum qualification: Higher Technician Diploma in Occupational Risk Prevention or equivalent qualification authorizing performance of Occupational Safety Resource functions. Prior experience in construction projects, infrastructure works, industrial installations, or similar environments. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. Ability to work in dynamic, highly operationally active environments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Immediate availability. Experience in large-scale projects, additional training in construction safety, and knowledge of coordination of business activities (CBA) will be considered advantageous.
