**What will you do?**

Comprehensively manage the **contract lifecycle** with suppliers, subcontractors, and industrial partners.
✍️ Draft, review, and **negotiate contracts**, ensuring compliance with scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
✅ Coordinate the **internal approval process** in accordance with established procedures.
️ Maintain the **contract repository** up to date, ensuring document custody and traceability.
* ️ Collaborate with the **Legal** department on reviewing clauses, general terms and conditions, and NDAs.
Monitor compliance with **milestones, deliverables, and contractual conditions** during project execution.
Track **supplier KPIs** and report deviations to management.
️ Manage **claims, penalties, guarantees, and contractual disputes**.
Coordinate contract reviews, **amendments, addenda, and renegotiations**.
Act as the internal **contractual reference point** and external contact, collaborating with Procurement, Projects, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Experience in **supplier contractual management** within industrial, technological, or engineering environments.
️ Knowledge of the **Spanish Defense sector** and its supplier ecosystem (highly valued).
️ Valuable experience in **C‑UAS systems** (detection, classification, and neutralization).
Experience in **contract negotiation** and management of complex contracts.
Ability to identify **contractual risks** and propose mitigation measures.
