As part of its innovation strategy, Moove Cars also launched Avomo, its dedicated division for managing autonomous vehicle fleets for passenger transportation. **Your Mission** As part of the Electrification team, you will be a key player in executing and scaling our operations. You will combine strategy, analysis, and execution while leading your team to ensure 24/7 operation of our electric fleet and its charging infrastructure across Spain — maximizing business profitability at every step. **What You’ll Do** * Optimize operations at electric bases by designing performance KPIs, proposing improvements, and ensuring their implementation. * End-to-end coordination of the design, deployment, commissioning, and monitoring of charging infrastructure. * Ensure facility availability by developing action protocols and coordinating various stakeholders during incidents. * Lead electric mobility projects with direct strategic impact on the group’s value. * Analyze market trends, design the procurement plan for the new electric fleet, and evaluate new fast-charging systems. * Coordinate cross-functional projects with Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams for efficient operational management. * Lead and mentor your team, enhancing their autonomy and results. **Requirements:** --------------- **What We’re Looking For** * Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in Operations within dynamic and evolving organizations (Tech startups/scale-ups, Mobility, Consulting, or related sectors). * Experience managing teams, both directly and cross-functionally. * Results-oriented mindset, with experience using data analytics tools (SQL, BI, or similar) and strong ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex projects. * Fluent English for corporate reporting and communication. **What We Offer** * High visibility and impact on the company’s key strategic projects. * Flexible working hours and an intensive workday every Friday. * Wellhub, flexible compensation, and benefits portal. * Culture focused on efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. * You will join a leading, modern company expanding internationally.
